        I'm Camelia Cucuruz, Real Estate Advisor, specialized in helping first time homebuyers find and Purchase their first home. Unlike other Realtors I'm a multilanguage agent fluent in English, Spanish, Romanian, Italian and French.         Homebuying process can be stressful and overwhelming, if you don't know what to expect, or what are the next steps. With your best interest in mind I've  created a useful guide that will help you during your homebuying journey.

          STEP 1 : Partner with a qualified REALTOR.

          STEP 2: Get a loan pre-approval.

           You can “shop around” for financing. The Pre approval is free and should take less than 3 business days. I can help you with recomandeing trusted lenders and walk you through the process.  


          STEP 3: Start looking at potential homes. 

          Identify your desired location. As your  Realtor I can help you narrow your search and give you insights and accurate information on market trends. 


          STEP 4: Make a SMART and fair offer. 

          Not all offers get accepted and this is your chance to make your offer stand out from the pile. I'm here to help you draft a winning offer. 


          STEP 5: Congratulations on your accepted offer!

          I will take note of your other deadlines. It might be counter intuitive, but thi is not the finish line, it’s actually the first step of the process  of purchasing your home.


          STEP 6: Hire a professional home inspector.

          You don't want to skip this step!  A home inspection can reveal HIDDEN defects that are not easy to spot. It’s often use as a NEGOTIATION tool when it comes to the repairs needed. 


          STEP 7: Sign the paperwork and close the deal. 

          Mortgage has been approved.

          Title work is DONE.

          You are clear to close.

          But wait! Don’t forget your final Walkthrough

          It’s your last chance to check the condition of the house before you make it yours.

        Getting a house ready for sale can be a daunting task, but not when you are choosing me as your Realtor. I have created a detailed list to help you stay organized and keep track of your progress.

        • Ready For Sale in 7 Days

          Day 1: Declutter & Depersonalize

          • Remove personal items (family photos, personal decor, etc.).
          • Clear countertops, tables, and unnecessary furniture to make spaces look larger.
          • Organize closets and storage areas—buyers will check!
          • Donate, store, or throw away excess items.

          Day 2: Deep Clean

          • Clean floors, windows, and baseboards.
          • Dust surfaces, fans, and light fixtures.
          • Scrub bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly.
          • Get carpets professionally cleaned if needed.

          Day 3: Minor Repairs & Touch-ups

          • Patch holes and repaint scuffed walls in neutral colors.
          • Fix leaking faucets, loose doorknobs, and creaky doors.
          • Replace burnt-out light bulbs with bright, neutral lighting.
          • Ensure all doors and windows open smoothly.

          Day 4: Boost Curb Appeal

          • Mow the lawn, trim hedges, and remove weeds.
          • Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, and exterior walls if needed.
          • Add fresh mulch, flowers, or potted plants for a welcoming touch.
          • Ensure the front door is clean or freshly painted.

          Day 5: Stage Key Areas

          • Arrange furniture to highlight space and flow.
          • Add fresh towels, neutral bedding, and minimal stylish decor.
          • Set the dining table with simple place settings.
          • Create a warm atmosphere with soft lighting and pleasant scents.

          Day 6: Final Touches & Photos

          • Do a last deep clean, especially bathrooms and kitchens.
          • Remove pet items and odors.
          • Open curtains and blinds for natural light.
          • Take professional listing photos 

          Day 7: Market & Prepare for Showings

          • Ensure listing details are correct 
          • Plan open house or private showings.
